Y Bwthyn is a traditional Welsh Stone Cottage which has been renovated to a high standard
A charming, cosy cottage for winter breaks and with a sun trapped lovely garden for summer vacation. Ideal for touring the Ceredigion Coastline.
Y Bwthyn has all modern comforts together with oil Central heating throughout and a Multifuel log Burner in the lounge (an initial bucket of coal and a basket of wood are supplied). There is a Washer / Dryer, Dishwasher, Fridge/Freezer, Cooker and Hob together with a Microwave and a Coffee machine.
Wi-fi is available throughout the cottage and also there are televisions in the Lounge and both bedrooms connected to a Freesat system.
The downstairs bathroom contains a Shower cubicle together with washbasin, W.C. and heated towel rail.
The stairs lead from the lounge to the Bedrooms. One bedroom has a King Size bed and the other bedroom has two small singles which are 1 x 5ft 3ins long x 2ft 6ins wide, and 1 x 6ft long x 2ft 6ins wide (suitable for children only). A hairdryer is supplied together with a full-length mirror and clothes rail. All linen and towels are supplied. Spare blankets are also available.
The private enclosed garden overlooks green fields, where you can hear the birds singing and also the sheep bleating! There is a Pergola on the patio together with a Barbecue and sun loungers, and also a table and chairs to enjoy dining ‘Al-fresco’. There is also a bench in a quiet corner of the garden for reading, reflecting and listening to the birds singing, or watching the Red Kites.

Living room: With multi-fuel burner, 43″ Smart TV, DVD player.
Step to :-
Kitchen/dining room: With electric oven, electric hob, microwave, fridge freezer, dishwasher, coffee machine, washer/dryer and tiled floor.
Shower room: With shower cubicle, toilet,wash hand basin and heated towel rail.
First Floor:
Bedroom 1: With King size bed , 32″ Free sat TV and en-suite toilet and hand sink.
Bedroom 2: Children bedroom consists of 2 beds 1x 5ft 3 inches long and 2ft 6 inches wide and 1x 6ft long x 2ft 6 inches wide and only suitable for children only. Free sat TV and DVD player.
We also supply a travel cot, bed guard, night lite, stair gates both end of stairs, shower seat for babies / toddlers, and a high chair on request.
We are dog friendly. Will accept 2 small / medium well behaved dog allowed. Sorry no other pets allowed.

Welcome hamper of local produce and doggy extras. Enclosed garden with raised terrace, garden furniture and BBQ. Private parking for 1 car in front of the house.
No smoking or Vaping inside the cottage.
